There are many opportunities to promote your service or product as an exhibitor and/or sponsor of the MAMFT Annual Conference!

Opportunities include:

  • Networking with conference attendees as an exhibitor one or both days of the conference.
  • A two-minute plug of your services/products on Thursday of the conference, while raffling off a basket of “goodies” put together by you (give away must be of minimum $50 value).
  • Inclusion of a flyer in the conference packet (materials must be received by September 3rd).

All of the above include recognition in the conference packet and on MAMFT’s website.

Additional Information:

The Minnesota Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (MAMFT) anticipates about 250-300 attendees (each day) at its Annual Conference on September 12th and 13th, 2019 at the Westin Edina Galleria located at 3201 Galleria, Edina, MN. Attendees are generally licensed marriage & family therapists, counselors, psychologists, social workers, and students. Note: Approximately 100 attendees come both days of the conference.

Exhibitor fee DOES NOT include registration to the conference.  If exhibitors want to attend any of the conference presentations/workshops, they must register for the conference separately.

The exhibitor fee includes a  6 foot draped table, one chair, one name tag, wifi, and access to breakfast fare, snacks and beverages for one person (does not include hor d’oeuvres on Thursday).  Vendors can choose to add-on an additional person each day for $25.

Vendor Move-In and Move-Out Times:

Thursday Vendors:

Move-in time: Thursday, September 12, 2019 – no earlier than 7:00 am.

Move-out time: Thursday, September 12, 2019 – no later than 6:00 pm.

**There is the option to leave your booth set up overnight until Friday at your discretion.

Friday Vendors:

Move-in time: Friday, September 13, 2019 – no earlier than 7:00 am.

Move-out time: Friday, September 13, 2019 – no later than 4:15 pm.

*Please commence and complete move-in and out between these hours.  Any exceptions to these arrangements must be first approved by the booth coordinator.
