The Internal Affairs Committee is responsible for managing and providing direction on the day-to-day functions of our organization, as well as overseeing and supporting staff. They also guide the implementation of the strategic plan, intercultural action plan, and financial plan, including audits.
Their big goals for the 2026 year are:
- Develop organization membership program
- Staff succession planning
- Start annual financial reporting to board members alongside of staff
- Develop a bonus structure for staff
