New Members

To apply for a  membership, please complete the application below. Affiliate Membership is for those who hold a current (at the time of application) independent (private) practice license in a mental health field other than MFT, as defined by the Board that legally authorizes you to provide services to individuals, couples, and families. The acceptable mental health fields are clinical psychology, psychiatry, social work, mental health counseling, professional counseling, and psychiatric nursing.

Membership Renewals

Renewal invoices will be emailed out annually.  If you'd like to renew early, or make changes to your profile (including annual donation amounts), you can log into your member profile.
