Associate Member Application

Thank you for your interest in joining MAMFT as an Associate Member.

New Members

To apply for a  membership, please complete the application below.  Associate Membership is for persons who work with couples and families, but do not hold a mental health license, and for whom MAMFT Student, Pre-Affiliate, Pre-Clinical, Affiliate, or Clinical Membership is not applicable. This membership category is non-clinical; therefore, MAMFT does not review the credentials of applicants, and will not list degrees or licenses on membership records or correspondence. Licensed/certified MFTs and other MH licensees, MAMFT Approved Supervisors, and former MAMFT Clinical Fellows are not eligible for this category.

Membership Renewals

Renewal invoices will be emailed out annually.  If you'd like to renew early, or make changes to your profile (including annual donation amounts), you can log into your member profile.
