Calvin Hauer announced his resignation from his position as President-Elect to the MAMFT Board of Directors last week due to a need to prioritize other pressing matters. We are grateful to him for his work in this position this year and excited to have him continue with MAMFT in support of the incoming President-Elect and in an At Large Member capacity going forward. 

With this vital role opening up, MAMFT is launching a Special Election for the President Elect position, and we’re inviting all interested members to run for this position. The President-Elect is a 2-year term that will conclude at the end of 2026, followed by a 2-year term as President of the organization from 2027-28. A full description of the duties can be found here and our current President, Leah Seeger, is eager to meet with anyone interested in learning more from her.
