Description We offer opportunities for aspiring therapists to complete educational requirements for graduation and post graduates the opportunity to complete the licensing board requirements for the state of Minnesota.
As a member of the clinical team, under the direction of a Licensed LMFT and Behavioral Health Supervisor, graduate interns and post graduates will conduct individual therapy sessions, and learn administrative tasks to successfully maintain a client caseload in the atmosphere of a small private practice. Interns will engage in Diagnostic Assessments, maintaining Clinical notes while meeting clients of various ages including individuals, couples and families. Interns will receive weekly scheduled and as needed individual supervision. In addition, one hour per week interns will meet with clinical and business staff to learn more about how to manage the business aspects of developing and maintaining a therapy practice. Once a month therapist from this practice and a sister practice meet two hours for clinical consultation. Casual consultation is available from any therapist in the group.
