Deadline to register is April 23, 2019Available slots will be granted on a first come first serve basis.  Payment and application must be done online.

Booth includes:

  • 375-character description of company and link to your website on MAMFT’s conference page.
  • 6’ draped table and one chair
  • Wi-fi
  • Name Tag & Access to snacks and beverages for one booth attendant ($25 fee for each additional attendant)
  • Recognition in the conference packet

Exhibitor fee DOES NOT include registration to the conference.

Vendor Move-In and Move-Out Times:

Move-in time:  7:00am – 7:30am                         Move-out time: no later than 4:00 pm

*Please commence and complete move-in and out between these hours.  Any exceptions to these arrangements must be arranged with conference coordinators.
