Divorce and separation are painful crises for families, usually the end result of long patterns of conflict between parents. In these situations, children deserve the best safe parenting they can get. How can safety and hope be created for children in the midst of such crisis? Through our experience providing respectful, neutral support, we have witnessed even high-conflict parents make the transition to an effective partnership and work together to craft high quality, child-centered parenting plans. This workshop will describe several models of how to work with both parents and children.
