Workshop Description: Want to learn how to network and market in the way that works for you?! We can shy away from networking and marketing because of our own fears and ideas around it. We don’t realize how valuable and important they are for the clients, other therapists and others. This workshop will break down the barriers we have about networking and marketing and help identify practical ways to network with others and utilize marketing. We will find out how to match our strengths to utilize networking and marketing in the way that works for us to best impact the clients who need us. We will leave with specific steps to take and a plan to make the steps happen.
1. Identify what Networking & Marketing is, the benefits they have to therapists, & who are the targets
2. Break down barriers we have to networking & marketing
3. Practice ways to network with others
4. Identify our own strengths and match them with networking & marketing that works for us
5. Put together an individual marketing plan and steps to take moving forward to make the plan happen
